Default Friendsgiving

Since thanksgiving is traditionally a family oriented celebration, my friends and I have been celebrating the day before thanksgiving as friendsgiving for the past few years. It gives us a way to show how thankful we are to have such great friends.

I love this idea! The night before Thanksgiving is typically a time when people come back to their hometowns to spend the holiday with their families. It's a great chance for friends who haven't seen each other in a while to get together. Calling it friendsgiving just makes it sound more official -- it's great!

great unique idea for being thankful to your friend. they are the ones who keep up with you when one is in trouble. they are there when you are happy and depressed. Friends truly deserve this.

Friendsgiving sounds like a great idea. Maybe we will make one in the winter. Did you do anything special? I'm thinking of giving little food and wine gift baskets to my friends at the end but I'm open to suggestions.

wow! That was nice!
Me and my friends does not have a friendsgiving day. But we have a certain date to celebrate our friendship. It was on the 4th of June. It was like the first day of our school back when last 2002. Every now and then we already celebrate our friendship every 4th of June.

Unhappy

Everyone loves parties. Occasionally big parties with lots of family and friends –other times a smaller congregation of just a few close friends is what’s needed. Sometimes well planned and other times spur of the moment. All parties are fun!
Planning a Dinner Party can be time consuming and a little intimidating. You don’t have to be the world’s greatest cook (lucky my husband takes over when we have guests!), do you sometimes think “that would have been a great idea” after everyone has gone home?, are you always trying to think of simple food ideas that will give you more time with guests than in the kitchen?
